Lieutenant Travis Martinez, a 19-years veteran of the Redlands Police Department in California, currently commands the Investigations, Narcotics, Gangs, Community Policing, Air Support and Forensics units. Lt. Martinez' implementation of electronic stakeout programs, have resulted in over 100 arrests for crimes such as robbery, burglary, bike and metal theft. Lt. Martinez brings contemporary experience, successes and lessons learned into the classroom for a dynamic, real-world learning environment.
